Uf Remote Work Location Agreement

The UFF Bargaining team came to the negotiating table with its own amendments. Most of these changes, in accordance with the informal agreement of the UFF and BOT teams, were largely routine. For example, the UFF Bargaining Team has proposed several changes that would ensure that faculty members or department administrators with unusual titles are covered by a contractual language that concerns deans or department heads. The UFF team also proposed some modest changes that would make it easier for retired or emeritus faculties to access health or recreation facilities (proposed amendments to 25.9 (a) (5)).
